Take me to Church...

Specifically Newberg Christian Church on January 2nd of 2016! We found the ceremony site!

The flags won't be up, they were just up for missionary week or whatever. And everything can be moved off the stage except for the piano which if we don't use can just be covered with a black fabric. They also have steps that they can put on the front. It seats about 450 she said which will be plenty for us. And I think it is kind of cool that there is a balcony so people can choose which angle they want. But the stained glass is gorgeous and just happens to be a lot of purple and blue! I really love it and think that it will work great for us!

Prior to this church we went to tour Nwber Friends which was nice and older looking. A beautiful building but it felt smaller to us.  THe bulk of the seating was in the top balcony and there wasn't really a good center aisle. Their stained glass also reminded my of easter eggs. It was beautiful, but it felt a little bit too old for us. The man showing us around also told us that they don't often allow non-members to do weddings there anyways so... thats when we left and tried two other churches but they were locked. But I am really happy with this one. Because we are Fox students they are going to give us the members price which is only $150! And they said they would love if we used our own pastor for the ceremony because theirs usually takes a few weeks after Christmas off. So that works great for us!
